One night with Hambax

This is the journey of a ticket, from presale to the morning after.

  1. Monday, 12:00

    Presale opens

    An organizer creates the event and opens sales. Tickets come in price tiers: buy early and you usually pay less.

  2. Friday, 21:47

    A guest buys two tickets

    By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, with or without an account. Shortly after, two PDF tickets, each with its own QR code, land in the inbox.

  3. Saturday, 23:12

    Entry

    At the door the team scans the QR code with a phone. Each code works exactly once, so a screenshot can't get in twice.

  4. Sunday, 10:00

    The night in numbers

    The organizer sees tickets sold and revenue in the dashboard. The money goes straight to their account via Stripe.

And if an event is cancelled?

The money goes back automatically to the payment method that was used, and guests get an email.
