No. You can buy tickets without an account. Either way, your tickets are sent by email to the address you enter at checkout.
Open the event, choose the ticket type and quantity, enter your email address and pay. Right after that we email you your tickets as a PDF.
You can pay, for example, by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. The methods you see depend on your device and browser.
Many organizers sell tickets in price tiers, each with its own sales period. Early tickets are usually cheaper. When a tier sells out or ends, the next one applies.
For some events a service fee is added to the ticket price. You see it before you pay, before completing the purchase.
Online sales end when the event has started or the organizer has closed them. Tickets are often still available at the box office on site.
First check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. If you create an account with the same email address and confirm it, your tickets appear under "My tickets". If that doesn't help, write to us at info@hambax.com.
Show the QR code on your phone with the screen brightness turned up. You can also print the PDF ticket.
Each ticket has its own QR code that is valid once. You can forward each friend their ticket or show all QR codes at the entrance yourself.
The age limit is shown on the event page, for example 18+. Bring an ID. Entry is decided by the organizer and the security staff.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. For questions about refunds, contact the organizer.
If the organizer cancels the event, the ticket price is automatically refunded to the payment method you used. The ticket becomes invalid.
We inform you about changes, postponements or cancellations by email, sent to the address your tickets went to.
All your tickets and QR codes are in one place, and you pay faster next time. Tickets you bought earlier without an account using the same email address also appear there once you confirm your email.
